Mail-In Repair Process
Once your device has been received by us we will do an initial inspection and create an estimate for services.
As soon as you approve the estimate we will begin the repair. If any issues arise we will contact you before we proceed.
If repair is successful your board will be ultrasonically cleaned and your device will be reassembled and tested.
If we are unable to fix the issue, we have a "no fix, no fee" policy and you will not be charged.
