Mail-In Repair Process

  • Once your device has been received by us we will do an initial inspection and create an estimate for services.

  • As soon as you approve the estimate we will begin the repair. If any issues arise we will contact you before we proceed. 

  • If repair is successful your board will be ultrasonically cleaned and your device will be reassembled and tested.

  • If we are unable to fix the issue, we have a "no fix, no fee" policy and you will not be charged.

*PLEASE DO NOT send logic boards only for repair. The entire device must be sent for us to start the repair process.*

Sending In Your Device

  • Start a new ticket below
  • Package up your device and create shipping label (contact us for shipping address). FedEx or UPS are the most reliable and safest ways to ship your device.
  • To package your device, we recommend using at least 2 inches of packing material (such as bubble wrap) and use a box as close to the size of the device as possible. We recommend that you insure your package as well.
    • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging. 

  • Once device is repaired you will receive an invoice. Typical repairs take approximately 3-5 days. After the invoice is paid IN FULL your device will be shipped back to you.
